SoundForth's goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your order, the shipping process, and our customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct any problem to your satisfaction.
Individuals
Here's how returning items works:
- Report any shipping discrepancies or damages/defects within 10 days of receiving the materials.
- Return items in salable condition within 30 days of when you received your order. A copy of the packing slip or invoice for the items being returned MUST be packed in each returned box so that proper credit can be issued to your account. Please circle the items being returned and note the quantity of each item being returned.
Churches/Schools
Here's how returning items works:
- Report any shipping discrepancies or damages/defects within 10 days of receiving the materials.
- Return items in salable condition within 30 days of when you received your order.
- A copy of the packing slip or invoice for the items being returned MUST be packed in each returned box so that proper credit can be issued to your account. Please circle the items being returned and note the quantity of each item being returned.
- A 10% restocking fee is assessed on all items returned.
Distributors/Retailers (those who resell)
Here's how returning items works:
- Report any shipping discrepancies or damages/defects within 10 days of receiving the materials.
- A copy of the packing slip or invoice for the items being returned MUST be packed in each returned box so that proper credit can be issued to your account. Please circle the items being returned and note the quantity of each item being returned.
- Unsold items in saleable condition may be returned after 90 days up to 1 year with no restocking fee.
