Returns Policy | BJ HomeSat

As a BJ HomeSat subscriber you may receive a full refund of subscription, hardware, and network class registrations as long as you return the merchandise within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice.

You must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from BJ HomeSat before returning the BJ HomeSat hardware (call 1-800-739-8199 for number and complete return instructions).

A Return Merchandise Authorization Form is included in the equipment box and must be filled out and included with any return.

Registration packets being returned must be in like new condition.

A copy of the packing slip for the items being returned must be packed in each returned box so that proper credit can be issued promptly to your account.

Return shipping is your responsibility.
